What the Dealer App does

• Enroll phones — scan a QR code during setup to register a new device (see QR-code enrollment).
• Set installment plans — enter the price, down payment and number of months; due dates and reminders are generated automatically.
• Collect payments — record an installment payment as it comes in, updating the customer's account immediately.
• Lock or unlock devices — apply or release device, app or call lock without needing the Client Dashboard.

A typical enrollment, step by step

This is the actual sequence a dealer follows at the counter, start to finish:

   Enroll the phone

   Scan the QR code during the Android setup wizard while the phone is still at your counter. For devices or Android versions that don't support QR-based setup, the IBS team provisions the phone manually instead — see QR-code enrollment.

   Set the installment plan

   Enter the price, down payment and number of months in the Dealer App. Due dates, reminders and the lock-screen message are generated automatically from there.

   Collect payments as they come in

   Record each installment payment against the plan. The customer's account updates immediately, and the same record appears in the Client Dashboard in real time.

   Lock or unlock the device

   If a payment is missed, apply app, call or device lock directly from the Dealer App. Release it instantly once the payment is recorded — no field visit required.

How it fits with the Client Dashboard

The Dealer App handles the day-to-day counter work; the Client Dashboard gives the business owner or manager the full view across every dealer, customer and plan. Payments and enrollments recorded in the Dealer App appear in the Client Dashboard in real time.
